You became a hairstylist because you love doing hair.
But nobody taught you how to consistently fill your chair.
Maybe you've experienced:
• Busy weeks followed by slow weeks
• Constantly wondering where your next client is coming from
• Posting on social media without seeing real results
• Feeling frustrated because your talent isn't translating into a full schedule
• Working harder but not seeing the income you want
If so, you're not alone.
I was trained under Sherri as a hairstylist apprentice; I worked under her and alongside her for many years.
Her ability to have patience and confidence in her teaching is outstanding.
Sherri is a very skilled, knowledgeable, and caring educator.
Lucy H.
If you're looking for an educator, Sherri is the best at breaking down her knowledge to a level that someone can easily digest so it’s easier to learn. She has an exceptional ability to transfer her vast knowledge of technique and technical precision to students, and she does it so effortlessly!
Mike W.
Sherri is an excellent educator. She has created many training programs for stylists to hone their technical skills as well as being able to run a successful business.
Along with developing programs, she was a top educator for Sebastian, Wella and Aquage which are considered leaders in the professional salon industry.
Cathy E.
What they really have is a systems problem.
The stylists with consistently full books aren't necessarily more talented.
They've simply learned how to think like the CEO of their chair and build systems that attract clients, keep clients coming back, and generate referrals consistently.
A full chair isn't built by luck.
It's built by design.
→The 5 stages every hairstylist goes through before building a fully booked chair
→ Why talented stylists often struggle to build consistent clientele
→The biggest mistake keeping many hairstylists stuck in the cycle of busy and slow week
→The three systems every fully booked stylist has in place
→The mindset shift that changes everything from employee to CEO of your chair
I've been a hairstylist for over four decades, and like many stylists, I've had to learn a lot of things the hard way.
Over the years, I've rebuilt my clientele multiple times and most recently moved to a completely different state and started over from scratch.
Within six months, I had clients consistently coming into my chair, and within a year, I was fully booked working the four-day week I wanted.
What I discovered is that building a successful chair isn't about luck, talent, or posting more on social media.
It's about learning how to think like the CEO of your chair and putting the right systems in place to attract clients, keep them coming back, and build a business you can count on.
